I've been working here for 2 years and I'm really proud to be Equinix, as we are used to say. When I staterd working here, I had no idea that I was starting working in such a witty company. We have people here that easily can become your friend. People make all the difference.

Cons

The processes could be better designed, but people, as always, support each other.
