      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Some senior management outside of marketing is great. Unfortunately, easy transfers across groups is not optimized.

      Cons

      Micro management. Free reign to managers with no ability to manage people and disrespectful to employees. Highly political.

      Pros

      The company is not shy about helping employees succeed both personally and professionally. Everyone works together well toward a collective goal for the company's success, and recognition abounds. There are social events multiple times a month to get employees together and management does a great job keeping everyone informed of key developments on a regular basis.

      Cons

      While work-life balance can be a challenge, the work is always interesting and challenging - sometimes you just need to put in the extra time to get it all done with high quality.
