Overall a good experience in HR

Pros

I was in a global talent management role in HR and enjoyed my experience, particularly with my team. I found my teammates within our department and across other lines to be very personable, supportive, and engaging - which inspired a lot of the work that I collaborated on. I also had the opportunity to travel globally, build a team, and co-lead major initiatives. The relationships I developed during my time there have extended beyond my last day, which is great!

Cons

There are cons within every department, and I think the biggest challenge at the time was trying to figure out what it would take for me to get to the next level in my career. Sometimes the feedback was inconsistent. But, having said that, I also received helpful feedback that has set me up well for success in my new role - and I had access to career experiences that were very enriching.

Benefits are excellent a long with stock plan. Equinix is most certainly not disappearing anytime soon!!

Cons

If you strive for more then just the physical layer this job isn't for you!!!!

Pros

There is a lot of Overtime available downtown to those who wish to work it. It does not have to be scheduled far in advance.

Cons

The new breed of workers coming in is not very high. They are hoping to train them . The results have not yet been determined.
