Growing, solid company. As long as there is an internet, there will be Equinix. They pay above average salaries.

Cons

Red Tape, Lots of consensus needed just to make a simple change. Difficult product to understand if you're not techy.

The people... all the way up to the C-Level folks. Market leaders and further distancing themselves from the 2nd tier players. Compensation

Cons

Long days, and long nights. We talk about work-life balance, but I haven't seen it.
