      Pros

      Luckily at the time I had an amazing GM working at my store that mentored me and helped me learn.

      Cons

      Everyone besides the technicians in the field were jealous because you and the GM are making 5 times what they make and they want your job so they report everything to HR to try to get you fired and they never do their work. If you want something done right, you have to do it. You can not trust anyone and DO NOT delegate.
