Pros
The company is a great place to get the start into the material handling sector, it still has a good name withing the industry. Decent wages.
Cons
The medical benefits aren't so good, but that's typically the case in the industry. There isn't a lot of training for new hires, the system they use is clunky, it's currently going through a lot of changes at the top and that is causing a big hole in structure and accountability. A lot of uncertainty.
