Pros

I was made to feel like a valued member of the company even before starting my first day on the job. Everyone here has been very friendly and helpful. Benefits start right away which can be extremely helpful not to have a gap in coverage when starting a new job. Even though the company was recently acquired and is now part of a corporation, it still holds the positive atmosphere that can come from a family-owned business.

They promote their best people, which means opportunity if you want to advance your career. Great people-first culture. They care about their employees. This is the best company I’ve worked for. Your contributions are valued and you can take on big projects. It’s up to you how much you want to take on. Lots of runway.
