Pros
The people I worked with and management did their best within the bounds of the home Depot corporate leaders.
Cons
Not enough pay to start. Poor utilization of the technical skills and background of employees. I am still having issues with getting my 401k stuff sorted out with hr and I left a while ago. They put you through automated systems and you go through a circus to get ahold of a real person. A real person that can not help you. They put cameras facing the tech in every vehicle.
