Every work place has it's gossip, but this place is beyond anything I've ever experienced. If employees focus more on doing their job and less on what others are or are not doing... place might operate much more smoothly. HR leaves a lot to be desired.

Great culture because the company is made up of great people to work with. The people make it fun! Pay is also very good compared to the competitors.

Cons

Growing pains, the company is growing fast while finding people is difficult. Grinding day by day, will either make you or break you. Long hours as of now, but having a clear vision of the future will overcome this.
