Benefits and SOME coworkers are great

Cons

Training is a joke, turnovers are constant and you cannot keep up with them all. Management is absolutely terrible! They throw more and more on you and have absolutely no respect for their employees. Raises - That’s a joke! I’ve seen many people in a group leave due to manager(or team lead). They play favorites and overload them while talking BADLY about the ones she's does not like, throw you under the bush to make them look better and cannot be honest for the life of them. I’ve not seen anything like this, whole new level. You will not move forward with this company.
