Nothing to talk about. No pros at all.

Low pay! Awful management! Awful leadership! Track you everywhere you go and keep records of it, even weekends. Cheap management! It was easier not turning in an expense report! I once tipped 21%(not joking) and I got an email with a math lesson and then saying they will only pay 20% and approved my expense report minus $1.29 that I over tipped. Do not work here!!!! Also, management and others talk about politics and religion all the time. They make you feel really uncomfortable if you don’t view everything the way they do.

Equipment Depot feels like a small town operation. The people are friendly, the work is hard but rewarding and the hours are great. They have great benefits and were generous with PTO and the like. I cannot stress enough how great the people are.

Cons

Equipment Depot is a national chain and comes with the problems associated with this type of structure. The company is management top heavy. There would be top down surveys and initiatives that were just hard to understand in terms of productivity or profitability. It seemed that on some level the management staff was justifying their positions by creating busy work.
