Pros

You can really tell a lot about a company by how long most of the people have been working there and Equipment Depot has a lot of long term employees. It told me the environment was top notch. There first goal is always to promote from within. They promote fun in the work place which makes working here fantastic.

You have an identity, not just a name. The company treats you like family. They make it a priority to listen to any concerns and act appropriately.

Cons

In my role, it was a challenge learning all the equipment and at the pace of the business. It is a skill that can be learned, please do not get discouraged. Trying to fulfill needs but not having enough equipment to take care of our customers.
