      -Company Truck - Company Phone - Company Laptop

      Cons

      A revolving door of sales reps. Pay plan needs to be revised in order to retain Sales Reps. Management is not familiar with construction sales process or whats needed/required to increase revenue. Lack on onboard training makes it difficult to learn internal processes. Redundancy in management positions. In the Dallas location before you accept anything GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. if not STEER CLEAR!!!

      No weekends, no micro managing

      Cons

      If you want to feel valued as an employee, if you want to be paid what your worth, the this isn't the place for you. Pay is well below industry standards, raises come if the manager feels like it during that month and they are a few cents.

      Pros

      40 hr. Work Week. Great Co-workers. ERP software was very detailed but worked! Excellent safety training (on-line). Good benefits, healthcare. Supervisors were open minded, accepting of suggestions, new ideas, individuality.

      Cons

      Requirement of safety training by service administrators, but no safety bonus (technicians took same training and got paid a bonus). Phantom "quality assurance" callers that waste your time when you are trying to close out for the end of the month - the busiest time! Overkill!
