      Great benefits, good environment to work in. Not corporate America, willing to listen to your ideas. Nice balance of home and work.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great work environment. Little micromanagement. Accepting of new ideas, requests for more information on issues, training opportunities. Company phone if you work out of the office. Managers that care about their employees. Internal Advancement even into other dept., branches, or states. Good deal of time off from go.

      Cons

      No education assistance, some middle management redundancy.
