      coworkers can make or break the experience like any other workplace.

      Cons

      no clear direction or plan or accountability. high turnover. performance paranoia. layoffs without warning or pip's or alternatives. you can and will be disposable.

      There is a lot of opportunity to make a great commission off sales with many different books of business.

      Cons

      The back end processes are un-streamlined, archaic and dependent on a few decision makers. This often lead to delayed sales cycles, hampered customer support and lost opportunities due to dissatisfied customers. In addition, a lot of change in the management lead to low moral, frustration and employee turnover.
