      Good people, flexible management, great benefits and much more

      Cons

      Pay just isn’t all that you’d expect when in the welding industry. For being such an “essential” cog in the interworkings of this country, no where pays like that’s the case. The money trickles down, and it trickles down slow and in low volume. I’m tired of pizza parties, we want more money.

      wouldn't go back, they hire friends and colleugs from old jobs and college. Horrible way to run a business.

      Some of the people there not in management are really great.
