      Unlimited growth potential, because you determine how much work you put into the growth of your book for business.

      Cons

      As a new or young advisor, this position has little to no salary which can make it one of the most difficult jobs to begin with no experience.

      Pros

      If you have a good network and client base, axa is a good place to conduct your business. The payouts (especially on the BD side) are better than most places. You have the opportunity to use outside companies but not encouraged. It is up to you to run your own business which I like

      managers are friendly and will help you out. They are really busy but they still find time to help you. Everyone in the office is friendly.
