Everything. Corporate management. Angry guests. Snakes for employees. Shady backstabbing methods. Regional management in the south Easter zone is a joke! I feel cheated and lied to by the way I was done by this company. You can give them everything you have and do your job perfectly with out a flaw and they will still screw you over. I have witnessed many times regional management require employees to not let guest know information that is critical to some of our guests way of living. They pick and choose who they want to do favors for. They tell one guest this date is the deadline then when the money isn't rolling in they tell others they can have more time. How is that fair to all the people who met the deadline and were threatened to be kicked out if they didn't. Regional management tells property employees that they are not allowed lunch breaks when the CEO is on a site visit. Property employees cannot get any enjoyment out of the parks they tell you cannot speak to the guest after hours you cannot participate in events in the park after hours and you cannot spend time with your own family that is camping In The park either. I witnessed south eastern regional management tell 2 other employees that they could not spend time in the park with their family members that was camping on their own membership. Also seen the same man fire 2 employees for a wreck that happened because of the poor condition of the roads in the park. I believe they got rid of those employees to cover themselves in case of a lawsuit. This company could be buried in the sand with law suits.
