Some autonomy, but very specific guidelines and reporting requirements.

Cons

Large firm that often takes time to make major decisions through multiple levels of approval. Employees (manager's) are tasked with many many duties and clerical tasks that can hinder physical hands on of the customer.

Great people and enjoyable working environment. A company that appreciates innovative ideas and willing to make changes for the business. Can be fast-paced but manageable. Great location and easy access for all type of commuters.

Cons

Many processes and procedures can be better streamlined by removing extra or redundant steps. More opportunity for diversity in senior leadership.
