You learn a lot by working with cross-functional teams, and build great relationships with managers and VPs.

Cons

Doesn't have a company culture, your voice isn't heard. They made us come to the office during the pandemic. Pay doesn't match the work and stress you take on

The Indiviual properties can be a joy, but the company as a whole less so

Very Customer service oriented very progressive in their hiring process.

Cons

Terrified of lawsuits but only do the bare minimum to avoid this possibility. Raises are few and far between. Have very little concern for the happiness of their employees.
