The opportunity to work in hospitality and travel is exciting and each week is different from the last

Cons

The pay for the role is below the average for the role & little "help" from management in getting pay raises. Especially when consistently asked to perform jobs and roles above and beyond what you are expected to do with little appreciation or compensation.
