helping make memories for every camper get to work outdoors and indoors working in a campground open to all suggestions find ways to improve for future guests create/build fun games for everyone watching people come from all over enjoying their time in the park you get exercise, and get to do trail building bonding with co-workers in great communication different schedule options to meet employees availability get to drive a golf cart, safely learn different job descriptions to expand your experience and just plain enjoying the great outdoors

Pros

Onboarding of new employees is structured and comprehensive, energy is tremendous, and overall the company is a hugely supportive environment. The employees enjoy their roles and their properties, and it reflects in their relationships with our members and customers. Members of the sales team have very competitive earning potential, and are encouraged to achieve their highest potential.

Cons

This is a huge company - it takes a while to get up to speed on everything that we offer our members and guests.
