Awesome company- And extremely Successful REIT

Pros

Ability to manage freely as long as you are performing well. Successes are measured by performance goals either financially or project driven. Great corporate office in Chicago to assist when necessary. Overall friendly and great atmosphere. Great ESPP which has performed extremely well since IPO.

Cons

The health care coverage is weak. Limited positions at higher levels and lots of hiring from outside the company, so sometimes people struggle to grow.

Pros

Leadership at all levels encourages us to do the right thing Good emphasis on customer service, responsive to reviews/feedback Fair pay Not the most progressive/creative culture, but still supportive and fun I feel like corporate / senior management is genuinely interested and committed

Cons

Some old properties (campgrounds) that need a lot of work. This can be frustrating for the staff but is also job security :)

Executive team is great. They listen to the needs of their customers. The CEO is a woman. Company culture and future growth.

Cons

Health insurance is not good. Lots of systems to learn. Policy and procedures are not documented.
