ELS has created a culture, which attracts outstanding talent. It’s the amazing people that make it a great company to work for. Employees are encouraged to think and act like owners, and are given the freedom to test their limits. As a result, many employees at ELS have tenure of 10 or more years.

Working with your guest can be the most challenging and rewarding opportunity. You must love working with the public, and care about your staff. Your day is never the same. You will never get bored. The company has made great progress in listening to the fields wants and needs to be able to manage a top notch property. Great support from the regional and VP.

Cons

Health insurance and pay scale needs some adjustments.
