      This is an excellent company to work for. The culture is supportive and team-oriented, there are opportunities for internal growth and promotion, strong work/life balance, and a close collaboration between the corporate and on-site teams.

      The environment can be fast-paced during peak seasons, but it creates strong development opportunities!

      Nice residents, PTO good if you are allowed to use it

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment, with toxic Property Manager and Regional Manager. Very unprofessional and uneducated in what their positions are. The only thing they are good for is harassing employees as though its a game.
