Cons

Poor pay, terrible support from upper management, once hired your on your own but still get criticized for not doing things ‘properly’. Terrible benefits and from regional management up they do not give a hoot about you.

Overall great people. Annual co business trip at different locale each time for the marketing dept to one of their properties is a unique perk.

Cons

My boss was a micromanager. Very frustrating. Being a property co dictates they want emps in the office so remote work probably won’t become a thing there. They can’t differentiate between park emps and corporate emps.

-Pretty large Vacation/PTO Package -The people you work with on a daily schedule are great and help with anything you need

Cons

-Management is unprofessional and creates a toxic work place. -No flexibility in your schedule when it comes to appointments/personal matters -The company will cut hours due to the economy/inflation while investors pocket millions of dollars -Budgets are constantly being reduced so you can't even help your community -Lack of respect from residents, lots of hostile phone calls with zero support -Upper management sees you as dispensable My list could go on and on.
