Pros

Honey. The only pro is to keep you at your desk is they bring you food and I do mean lots of food. I gained 55 pounds working here (not even joking). Money was nice. When they didn’t forget to pay your commission bonus and you have to wait 2 more weeks to get it....

Cons

Everything. Literally the hours of having to be there until 10. Was BRUTAL. You had absolutely no time in your day to do anything else. Commission was doubled on the weekend but with inconsitancey in other coworkers, you could be one of 3 that shows up to work and you’re forced to take call after call after call after call.....

Very busy work atmosphere for anyone who thrives in that environment. Everyday has it's own unique twists and turns to navigate through on your own.

Cons

Far too little concern for people (other employees, vendors, guests, etc.). Very disorganized throughout which can cause chaos even in the simple day to day activities. No consistency.

Here at ELS, we are working hard to provide consistent and effective processes to create an environment where employees can grow their career and provide best-in-class customer service to our residents and guests. With a company this size, it takes some time to implement and roll out new programs. To address this, we have our Property Managers participate in multi-day, off-site summits where we share best practices and ensure we understand what support they need from our home office teams.
