Pros

Stable work as a full time employee. Working restrooms with utilities. Easy to understand and get around. Overtime opportunities. Christmas and July 4th free meals and raffle drawing.

Cons

Inventory management system is outdated, obsolete, and produces more work than necessary. Highly unstable if working as a temp, low chance of getting hired full time even after 5 to 10 years. Management has very little coordination and waits to last minute to notify urgent orders. Little to no advancement, management is told to never give a 5/5 during yearly review. No bonuses or incentives to work harder for the next year.
