All development is outsourced to China, this team has no clue either. This is a fear-based environment where employees are left in the dark about amost everything business related. If you want to work for an organization where you can make a difference, this is not the place.

Inventory management system is outdated, obsolete, and produces more work than necessary. Highly unstable if working as a temp, low chance of getting hired full time even after 5 to 10 years. Management has very little coordination and waits to last minute to notify urgent orders. Little to no advancement, management is told to never give a 5/5 during yearly review. No bonuses or incentives to work harder for the next year.
