Very fast-paced environment makes time fly.

Cons

Condescending attitude and treatment of employees from upper management. Days are unpredictable and often understaffed. They keep adding more and more responsibilities to your existing ones without adjusting their expectations of when you are supposed to finish everything. There is always negativity this place and people gossip daily. I would never recommend anyone to work here.

None as far as I can remember. I had to put up with so much stress during my time working for Erewhon!

Cons

Employees are forced to work multiple roles outside their job description because of lack of staff. I was always pressured to perform at a high level, but received no support from management. We weren't even compensated for all the extra work we had to do!
