Staff are very friendly, management respects hard work and was always looking for people to promote to higher positions

Clientele can be hit or miss, but the majority are very nice. As long as you’re knowledgeable, they’re happy

I loved the customers and chance to get bonuses based on membership signups. Easy to move up as well.

Cons

Management would not pay the bonuses outright. You would have to ask 5x or more for what you are entitled to which is super messed up for a high profiting grocery store.
