This job still gets me paid no matter how ridiculous or exhausting work might be.

Cons

I work for 12 hours daily when it's supposed to be an 8-hour shift. Then all management could do was give employees a half price discount on lunches when they could've given them for free! It's the most ridiculous thing I've heard but I really got no choice. I had to take the manager's abuse to keep the job.

Good for gaining experience with high-pressure situations; meet some interesting people (both employees and customers).

Cons

A toxic work environment with supervisors that berate employees. It was not something I experienced personally more than once or twice since I observed and learned how to avoid it. Still, as an empathetic person, it bothered me to hear coworkers being disrespected and insulted for things beyond their control. They will completely suck you dry emotionally, physically, and mentally without consideration. DO NOT APPLY.

If you're obsessed about the kind of food you eat and spend most of your money on it, this gives employees half the price on meals.

Cons

Career opportunities available to the manager's favorite, even if you don't get promoted, you get all the good stuff while others work stressfully and exhaustingly harder just to get a weekend off!
