      You get a discount, which is okay.

      Cons

      Working here means losing your work-life balance. You won't have any time to recover after working because the stress persists every day. You will have to work on an overwhelming number of tasks, and you'll mostly be subjected to terrible scheduling. Management also sometimes have disagreements that lead to inefficient and ineffective decisions.

      The pay is decent. And many co-workers are friendly.

      Cons

      Be wary before accepting a job here. The amount of work you'll have to do is extremely high, and it's a sure thing that you'll lose your work-life balance. It's a very stressful experience working here, and there will be many times when you'll have to work longer than usual and possibly lose sleep.

      If you like working long hours and fighting against time, then this is your place.

      Cons

      Stressful environment and leadership team doesn't value employees. Over demanding workplace expectations, you are required to do more work than the man power provided can possibly handle with little to no assistance from upper management . No matter how hard you work, it's never enough or appreciated. Not a healthy place to work.
