      Pros

      there's essentially a trauma bond with the cafe associates. if you are friendly with everyone, then you can survive every shift and even have fun sometimes.

      Cons

      since there are so many associates, it can get cliquey including with managers and supervisors. again, if you are friendly and social then you will be on everyone's good side. if you're on someone's bad side, expect your shifts to feel like hell on top of the already demanding customers and food service you have to attend to.

      Pros

      There really isn't much to like about working here. You get paid on time, and that's about.

      Cons

      Everyone cares too much about office politics and completely ignores actually doing their job. Employee stab each other in the back instead of collaborating, managers take credit for work they didn't do, and leadership keeps the work environment incredibly toxic by encouraging such behavior.
