Upper management was silent

Pros

Some of the benfits, like health and dental, were nice. Even those which were activated after a certain period were good.

Cons

The upper management was mostly silent about manay things. It led to employees feeling alone and left out. Such feelings weren't good when we were all stressed due to work.

Pros

The working environment here is excellent. My time with co-workers and other staff is good. There is clear communication. The management never fails to acknowledge hard work. The company always helps employees who are willing to build a career. Overall I find the company a good place to work.

Cons

Nothing I can think of.

Pros

Benefits were decent with basic healthcare and dental options and a 401k after a specific period of employment Diverse vendors to work with and a variety of food and beverage products to become familiarized with Staff was welcoming and management was flexible with your needs, if they are real emergencies Variety of responsibilities to learn as a warehouse associate from order picking with rider pallet jacks, assisting the receiving department and scanning vendor arrivals, monthly inventory control, utilizing FIFO when organizing inventory, to communicating with the sales staff

Cons

Pay was low near minimum wage, especially accounting for the cost of living in Los Angeles Limited growth potential; it's more about who you know rather than what you know and how hard you work Some staff can be unprofessional in their language and opinions Overall, it's a stepping stone to more opportunities out there. You can start at Erewhon to build upon your resume and get noticed by other employers but not a place to stay long term if you want to truly expand your career and earning potential.
