I believe there aren't any pros to working in this awful company.

Cons

The management likes to lie to the employees and break their promises. My supervisors promised me a good increase and possible advancement if only I put in the effort. But the reality is that advancement in this company is based on nepotism and sucking up to the managers. The work culture is toxic and too political, and there's no such thing as meritocracy in this horrible company.
