      It's still a good job to have if you're in between jobs and just want to earn a bit for a while.

      Cons

      Good thing that it wasn't my goal to stay because working here wasn't meant to be for long anyway. There's no good future waiting for someone who wanted to grow here. It's just not the best place to work for and grow

      If you want some extra bucks or just want to understand the industry and its internal workings, you might achieve those targets here

      This place was severely mismanaged because, in my opinion, many incompetent and incapable people were in the management. Things can be improved a lot!

      There's always additional workload

      Pros

      We get paid for overtime work so we'd get a lot more money on payday.

      Cons

      We're always busy at the office and the additional workload makes us a lot more busier that we'd have to work overtime every day. It's so tiring when you have to do it every single day but we don't have a choice.
