      Great part-time job if you're in school 50% off on meals, and 20% on store goods Room for growth

      Cons

      Management communication with staff is terrible Inconsistent directions are given by CEO, VP, Store Manager, Department Manager, Shift Leads, etc. Will not accommodate you if you have another job

      Mostly all coworkers were very nice

      Cons

      Management sometimes played who they liked better gave them better schedules . As soon as you would call out the following schedule you knew you were going to get a bad schedule as a “punishment”. Under qualified people would move up quickly depending how much you got a long with management.

      The company has some really great clients.

      The managers in this company are careless and neglectful. They are supposed to be the leaders of this company, so they should be guiding and supporting us employees. Unfortunately, mist of the managers are lazy and do not want to do anything to improve the condition of the workplace and the employees of this company
