Cons

There are two words to describe this company's management; neglected and dishonest. The managers are neglected because they simply don't care about the employees. They choose to always neglect any issues or feedback that we raise. They are dishonest because they act like they try their best to help us. But the reality is that they don't care and consciously ignore our concerns.
