      I felt treated like a child

      Pros

      There's a lot of employees so I met a lot of great and talented people here. Some of them even became my mentors even until now that I wasn't connected with Erewhon anymore.

      Cons

      I felt treated like a kid because of too much micromanagement. I never felt that my skills and contributions mattered. For them, I was just another worker to be paid for its labor. Working at Erewhon was not good for someone who wanted to grow because there little opportunities here to grow.

      Not a whole lot of pros besides store discount

      Cons

      TERRIBLE management and hostile work environment from employees/ customers. Very unpleasant place to be, wouldn't recommend. Very strict about sampling food as well.
