- Office politics dominate everything, poisoning the work environment - Workloads are overwhelming, burying employees under relentless pressure - Long hours are demanded without genuine appreciation or reward - Expectations are unreasonable, pushing people to the breaking point - Career growth is impossible unless you are connected or willing to shamelessly flatter superiors - Hard work and talent are ignored while favoritism runs rampant

Wage, large workload and team

Cons

No adherence to saftey, fire codes or otherwise. Frequently see extension cords hanging over basins of water in a busy kitchen area. Small kitchen and deli packed with workers make a safety hazard.

I gained experience working at a store for the first time. It was a new experience for me, so I took that positively.

Cons

The work experience was horrible. There was an awful lot of politics in the store. People faked it and lied blatantly to deceive others. It was ridiculous. The worst thing was that the managers did nothing to fix it.
