Pros
The best benefits I have seen in many years - full heath for the family. A lot of very smart people with some very good ideas. Because there is little pressure to get product out the door, there is very little unpaid overtime needed.
Cons
Management has no idea which direction to take the company. May projects are started and then cancelled, some just before release. The layoff good people and keep the ones who have no idea on how to design a product. A lot of process - spent a lot of time on overhead vs. design and product development.
