Pros

Nearly two weeks of paid time off during Christmas breaks that does not go against your PTO

Cons

Hired under one job description, and no later than what seems a few weeks later, you're kindly asked if you're ok with helping with other projects/departments etc. Everyone agrees because of the "team player" attitude, then it quickly turns into wearing way too many hats for very little pay, ultimately becoming an expectation and part of your daily job description. Then, when you're not performing at your best because one has too many hats to wear and are overwhelmed with things that you were not hired for, the institution has the audacity to provide a less-than-satisfactory or poor review of your performance. Coming from a Christian institution, God help them. They lack servant leadership.
