Freedom to develop curriculum

Cons

Leadership out of touch with needs of certain departments. Most teachers walk around like they're better than others. Teachers are also very clicky and most act as if they are also in middle school/high school.

Narrow minded...they favor only Hispanic people. Very top heavy company...too many vice presidents!!!!
