Upper management needs a turn over some have been here for 40+ years not open to change at all!

- Great work environment between peers and bosses - Treated like another engineer rather than an intern - Lots of variety in what you can do - Lots of good hands on experience - Standard 3 day weekends

Pros

There are a lot of entry level jobs that prove to be dead ends with little to no learning opportunities. I have found quite the opposite at Espey. The executive team puts its trust in the employees they've hired to do their jobs which creates a sense of ownership and pride. Additionally, they are open to train employees at all levels and willing to take the time to pass on necessary skills. I have received several promotions during my time here and have gained invaluable hands on experience which has allowed me to build my confidence as well as essential competencies. Espey operates on a 4 day work week schedule which really adds quality of life for a great work-home balance.

Cons

This is a company that is growing fast which does present its challenges as things progress quickly. With that said if you are willing to be adaptable, there is a huge opportunity for you to grow with the company.
