Lazy work env thus great work-life balance...job safety...nice campus...good for GIS.
Cons
Under paid job...managers with high school mentality....no/very slow career growth...rude HR...lots of politics ... SDK Support grp in specific has bad managers/leads and tend to over micro-manage in order to hide their insecurities/in-capabilities.
