Pros

Great benefits, great colleagues. Good training programs.

Cons

Paid by the hour! No expense accounts! Esri isn't the warm and fuzzy environmental company you see from the outside. It's a government focused company. There are some extremely incompetent middle and upper management that lack experience in the business world, but don't even know it.

Pros

Schedule is flexible, and my job is not stressful. Most of my colleagues are nice and competent. They seem invested their employees growth if you're willing to ask for a move to a different role.

Cons

This might vary between departments, but the atmosphere can be a little to sleepy for my taste. Not a great environment for extroverts. Sometimes, company seems driven more on producing new features than controlling the quality of what they've already made
