Good experience, fun co-workers, beautiful campus, amazing cafeteria

Cons

Office politics, work drama, promotions based on who likes you, not your work, no room for advancement, salary is average

A place to work

Pros

Banked time which allows you to rollover extra time and use it as vacation, community atmosphere, great on-premise café, great campus, awesome products

Cons

no overtime, can be very limited vacation, no way to give anonymous feedback, can be siloed with limited communication between departments

Thank you for your feedback. Many employees feel the ability to "bank" hours to use at a later time, rather than being paid overtime, is a huge benefit. Without details regarding communication, it's hard to comment; we encourage you to reach out to your HR business partner.
