Pros

The health benefits and 401K match (they match 50% for the first 6% salary) with some profit share (about 5% of your salary) are good.

Cons

The salary could be higher to match other companies in software development. You max out on vacation after 10 years (20 days).

- Medical, Dental, and Vision with minimal copays - Profit sharing - Private company - Ethical product - Work over 40 hours/week and accumulate "bank hours" which can be paid out or used for vacation

Cons

- Only start with 8 vacation days - Salary isn't as competitive as other software companies

Pros

-I really enjoy my role and my team...but your experience at Esri is specific to your role and team. -paid holidays -relaxed work environment -safety prioritized during COVID -flexible managers (again, team specific)

Cons

-low sick hours/PTO for newer employees -difficult to negotiate Benefits package -Sales/GBD particularly is underpaid at the lower levels -management not very diverse, tries to be open thinking but still has a ways to go
