Pros

The pay is decent if you've never made a lot to begin with. Great medical and dental benefits, profit sharing. Lots of innovative products being produced.

Cons

HR likes to see you jump through hoops. Vacation accrual sucks. Redlands is surrounded by some really rough areas. It's also too hot here.
